A few wood cut illustrations appear in each issue as well. The magazine included faculty contributions beginning with the April/May 1931 issue. “This publication served as a forum for Dalton [high school] students to write down their thoughts and pursue the discussion of diversity issues beyond the weekly Another Perspective [club] meeting.” The club discussions centered around the issues of race, class, gender, and sexuality as they affected students both in and out of school. Mosaic began publication in 2001. This is the third issue and is dedicated to Larry Williams, a former Dalton School Diversity Director.
