The sales of this cookbook helped to raise money to support Notre Dame du Perpétuel Secours, a school located in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, after the devastating earthquake that occurred on January 12, 2010. This monthly wall calendar was created and sold by the I.S.A.C. to raise money for their planned events. It featured high school student and faculty birthdays as well as school events and holidays. Each month includes a color photograph or photographic collage of the Dalton community. The I.S.A.C. plans events such as the annual Junior/Senior Prom.
