The Dalton Annals: A Journal of History [digital]
The Dalton Annals: A Journal of History, Vol. 1, No. 1, 1969
“This present journal recalls the name of Bloch’s Annales d’historie economique et sociale to remind students that the writing of history is indeed a craft, and one worth mastery. With one exception, the papers presented here were written by students in the high school. One 8th grade paper was included because of its sensitivity.”
The Dalton Culinary Review [digital]
The Dalton Culinary Review, Volume 1, Issue 1, 2011
The “2011 Food Symposium” was the main focus of this high school student publication including an overview of the event and descriptions of the speakers. There are also articles covering food related topics including sustainable agriculture, how the Dalton community eats at home, and a recipe for Moroccan chicken stew.
The Dalton Dispatch: The Student Government Newsletter, September 4, 1979 - Spring, 1983
This weekly newsletter was “designed to supplement (not supplant) the venerable Daltonian, by providing a more current, if less polished, account of events in and around the school. We believe that the “student apathy” that cuts attendance at games and performances, and reduces participation in many worthwhile Dalton activities results mainly from a lack of student awareness. The Dispatch will let you know what’s going on and how you can get involved.” September 4, 1979
